Using the latest standards and protocols of the industry, Mold Snoop offers four levels of inspections:

Limited Inspection: A limited inspection is confined to a client-defined area of the property. Conventional mold detection methods are employed, including visual inspection, moisture readings, temperature and humidity. Limited inspections provide narrowly and delineated area.

2. Full Property Inspection: This level of inspection assesses an entire property. A visual inspection for evidence of mold, and utilizes the service of a mold detection dog to find hidden mold. All "red flag" areas will be checked for moisture and water intrusion, photos taken and a full report will be presented.

3. Clearance Testing: Clearance testing is designed to determine the success of remediation efforts. A containment area has been established and remediation is undertaken within that area. While the containment area stays in place samples are taken to verify the success of the of the remediation.

4. Post-Cleaning: Same as clearance testing; however the containment has been removed.

5. Homebuilders: Limits any future labiality. We offer a "Alert Free" Certificate. Have the property inspected for mold prior to installing the sheetrock.
